In-person participants will need to sign up with this Google Forms survey.
Only one person should submit the registration form per team.
The deadline to register is midnight, three days before the contest: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
Teams registered after the deadline might not eligible for prizes but are welcome to attend depending on availability.
Make sure to submit with the same account you registered with.
A confirmation email will be sent on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 to confirmed participants.
